QR CODE: This is not double your sales ... but it will help!
A QR code is an image that guides whom the scans at a specific site on the Internet. There are many free programs and applications to create (if you do not know how to create them, simply do a search for "QR code generators." The question is ... why can use them in your business?
For Brokers and Agents RE / MAX QR codes can be used for three purposes valid:
 Lead your target market to a specific message.
 To promote interaction with customers and prospects.
 Help to position itself as an advanced practitioner.
As with any marketing effort, you should have a clear objective in mind. In the photo above, for example, I am using a QR code on the back of my card to motivate people to visit our new regional site. Adjacent to the code explain why they should visit (more leads, more info) and included the domain name for those who do not have a scanner.
When it comes to QR codes (and in any business in general), do not play with people. Treat people with respect, do not make them guess or waste time, no one wants to be treated well.
Think of QR codes as "a step in the path of the client." (Entrepreneur, Feb. 2012). In the example above, I thought of the QR code as a step to make the customers visit the site. It is led by the hand, is to tell your audience what its message is a fun way to improve communication.
If you are a broker trying to recruit agents, or an agent trying to capture and sell property, there are several places where you can put these codes:
 In the back of your business card (idea: print cartoons and stick, no need to reprint your cards).
 Prospectus uptake properties.
 Recruiting Agents Brochure.
 Prospectus oriented buyers.
 magnetic signage on your car.
 Signs are posted to our deposits.
 In any print advertising.
 Within elevators.
 ... Even in a human sign, why not?
A place where NOT to put QR codes is online (website, blog, FB, etc.) Because people find it easier to click a link instead of scanning a code. Do not make people pull out your iPhone and scan a code when it's easier to click.
There is a place for QR codes in our marketing arsenal. It is the most important tool we have, but every little helps progress. In the worst case, will give you something to talk to your customers!
